Futurize Labs provides professional services related to AI strategy, automation design, software integrations, chatbots, workflow implementation, and related consulting. Information on the Website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.

Any paid engagement, statement of work, master services agreement, or similar contract ("Services Agreement") is separate from these Terms. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed Services Agreement, the Services Agreement controls for the subject matter it covers.

Nothing on the Website guarantees specific business outcomes, revenue, cost savings, or compliance results. Actual results depend on your systems, data quality, adoption, and external factors outside our control.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Website. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting forms and to keep your contact details current where relevant.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials associated with tools we provision for you under a Services Agreement, and for all activity conducted with those credentials.

You agree not to misuse the Website. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' data, or third-party systems connected to the Website;

Transmitting malware, spam, scraping bots, or automated requests that impose unreasonable load;

Using the Website in violation of applicable laws, export controls, or third-party terms of service for integrated platforms.

The Website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, layouts, case study descriptions, and design elements, are owned by Futurize Labs or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for limited rights expressly granted here, no license is granted to you.

Deliverables, custom code, automations, and documentation created under a Services Agreement are governed by that agreement's intellectual property and license terms.

When you submit inquiries, project details, or feedback through the Website, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use that information to evaluate, respond, and provide services. You represent that you have the right to share submitted content and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

We treat client information as confidential within our organization and limit access to personnel who need it for legitimate business purposes. Formal confidentiality obligations for projects are typically set out in a Services Agreement or mutual NDA where appropriate.

THE WEBSITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated outputs, automation recommendations, and third-party tools may produce inaccurate or incomplete results; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them in business-critical processes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Futurize Labs and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Website (excluding liability that cannot be limited under applicable law) will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or (b) the amount you paid us for services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Our Website and professional services may reference or connect to third-party platforms (such as CRMs, messaging tools, cloud AI providers, or scheduling software). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, pricing, or policies. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website or any feature at any time. We may terminate or restrict your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
